We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Poslovna politika i Uslovi kupovine
Hvala vam što razmišljate o kupovini unikatnih ručnih radova. Kako bih osigurala kvalitet i ispoštovala svakog kupca, molim vas da pre poručivanja pročitate uslove mog rada.
1. Izrada po narudžbiniSvi proizvodi iz moje ponude (poligonalne figure, shadow box-ovi, buketi) se ne nalaze na lageru, već se izrađuju isključivo po vašoj narudžbini. To znači da vi birate boje, dimenzije i detalje, a ja kreiram proizvod specijalno za vas.
2. Rokovi izrade
Budući da je svaki proces 100% ručni rad, vreme izrade zavisi od trenutne gužve i složenosti porudžbine:
· Manje figure i pokloni: 3 do 5 radnih dana.
· Gigantske figure (1-2m): 10 do 15 radnih dana.
· Molim vas da porudžbine za rođendane i proslave najavite na vreme.
3. Plaćanje i rezervacija termina
Da bismo potvrdili vašu porudžbinu i rezervisali termin izrade, neophodna je uplata avansa (depozita) u iznosu od 50% od ukupne cene na tekući račun.
· Ostatak iznosa plaćate pouzećem (prilikom preuzimanja) ili uplatom na račun pre slanja.
· Avans je garancija da je porudžbina ozbiljna, s obzirom na to da se materijal kupuje i troši namenski za vas.
4. Dostava i Pakovanje
Veliku pažnju posvećujem pakovanju kako bi proizvodi stigli neoštećeni.
· Manji predmeti (Shadow box, buketi, stone figure): Šalju se kurirskom službom (Post Express ili po dogovoru). Troškove poštarine snosi kupac.
· Gigantske figure: Zbog dimenzija i osetljivosti, za figure od 1-2 metra preporučujem lično preuzimanje u Nišu
o Slanje kurirskom službom za gigantske figure je moguće isključivo na vašu odgovornost, uz maksimalnu zaštitu sa moje strane.
5. Reklamacije i povrat
U skladu sa zakonom o zaštiti potrošača, za proizvode koji su personalizovani i rađeni po specifičnim zahtevima kupca (posebna imena, datumi, boje), povrat novca nije moguć ukoliko se kupac predomisli.
· U slučaju da je paket oštećen u transportu (kurirska služba), molim vas da napravite zapisnik sa kurirom na licu mesta i odmah me kontaktirate kako bismo rešili problem.
6. Hitne porudžbine (Last Minute)
Razumem da se ponekad desi da vam poklon zatreba u kratkom roku. Ukoliko vam je potrebna izrada brža od standardnog roka (npr. za 24h do 48h), to se tretira kao hitna porudžbina.
Hitna izrada je moguća isključivo ako moji trenutni kapaciteti i zalihe materijala to dozvoljavaju.
Za ovakve porudžbine naplaćuje se dodatak za hitnost u iznosu od 30% na redovnu cenu proizvoda.
Za hitne porudžbine, uplata celokupnog iznosa je neophodna pre početka rada.
